Returns

Refunds are accepted as long as your items are returned to us as you received them, in their original packaging, un-worn, with originals tags, and no sign of make-up or marks within 14 days of receiving your order.

Personalised items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty Items

We carry out quality control on all of our items before we send them out, so it is unlikely your goods will arrive faulty. However in this unlikely event, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Support Team who will be on hand to resolve any issues; aryaofficiale@gmail.com.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

For returns or exchanges, please email us at aryaofficiale@gmail.com with subject heading ‘Returns and Exchanges’ and we will send you our returns address.

Please note: you will need to arrange your own postage for returns or exchanges.

We recommend sending your return back by a signed for service to ensure it arrives safely, however, the delivery method is completely up to you. Please make sure you receive and retain a proof of purchase receipt from the courier.

Processing Your Refund

A refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of items. We will aim to process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 4 - 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account as processing times differ between banks.
